REGINA SIEGEL

As Vice President of Organizational Development, Regina’s responsibilities include working alongside team  members to identify and assess organizational needs, then to design, implement, and evaluate professional  growth opportunities for staff. In addition to supporting the financial goals of her clients, she serves on various  internal committees and coordinates the Trust Point Young Professionals and mentoring programs. Regina believes in the power of servant leadership and is passionate about community involvement. She has served as a member of boards and committees for many local and state organizations and is the President of  the Rotary Works Foundation as well as President-Elect Nominee for the Rotary Club of La Crosse, the 3rd  largest Rotary Club in Wisconsin.

SUSAN PETERSON

Susan’s career started in Television as a News Anchor and Reporter and from there she spent ten years working as a marketing professional for a healthcare software company. In August of 2008, Susan moved to Eau Claire, WI where she was introduced to a new job opportunity with Junior Achievement of Wisconsin and knew it would be a great fit for her and her family.

Fourteen years later, Susan serves as Area Director for the Northwest and Coulee Areas where she oversees budgets, fundraising and staff to support the JA mission to empower young people.

JOAN PARKE

Joan is the Chief Operating Officer at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse. She manages operations across eight club locations in La Crosse County that serve over 4000 youth annually. Joan earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School and has practiced law with Bossard Parke, Ltd., and McNeilly Law.

BETTY CHRISTIANSEN

Coulee Region Women Magazine Publisher Betty Christiansen is a longtime writer and editor who has lived and worked in the Twin Cities, New York and La Crosse, where she was editor of the magazine for 10 years before taking the helm as publisher. Coulee Region Women is a regional home and healthy living magazine for La Crosse, Wisconsin area women to help them grow personally and professionally and connect with each other and the community. The goal is to develop stronger, healthier and happier women, families and communities.
